Once you have viewed a property, if you wish to proceed, you would need to put down £350 (£200 holding deposit and £150 for credit check for one person), each additional person will be charged £30 for the credit check. This must be in cash and this effectively means the property would be taken off the market for a maximum of two weeks, while credit checks are processed.  On the day of move in, your months rent in advance would be payable plus deposit minus £200 holding fee already paid. 

If YOU back out or change your mind for any reason you would loose any monies already paid.   If the credit check comes back unsuitable and the landlord does not wish to proceed a refund would be made minus the credit check fee.  (£150 first app, £30 each additional).   The initial contract will be for a minimum of 6 months and then reviewed for a further term
